Our People

Marilyn began her career as an operations manager working for a global retail services company.  This experience gave Marilyn the opportunity to understand the importance of creating an employee-centric culture where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.  

Leveraging that experience, Marilyn transitioned to Human Resources in 2000.  Having held senior roles with multiple Fortune 100 companies, Marilyn has dedicated herself to developing leaders who understand the value of their people and in providing HR solutions that support the business goals.   As a partner to business owners and leaders, Marilyn is committed to building the skills needed to support business growth.  Most recently, Marilyn served as Senior Vice President of Employee Relations at Citigroup where she managed a team of ten investigators handling claims of misconduct including discrimination, harassment, retaliation and suppression and was responsible for Citi’s anti-harassment training delivered to over 70,000 employees annually.

Marilyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Master’s Degree in Management as well as Certificate in HR Management from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.  

Marilyn is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and received both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Professional in Human Resources – California (PHR-CA) from the HR Certification Institute.
